Saikoro, meaning "dice" in Japanese, are steaks dishes served by izakayas where beef is shaped into a cube and grilled. These cubes are made from Wagyu trimmings that have been shaped and cut to be pan fried quickly for that deep flavor and melt-in-your mouth texture.
